REFUND POLICY & RETURNS

Cancellation of order

All orders can be cancelled until they are dispatched. If your order has been paid and you need to change it or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once you have started the process of packing and shipping, you will not be able to cancel.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or a reship of ordered products if:

  • do not receive them within the time guarantee (90 days without including the processing of 2 to 10 days)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

No issue the refund if:

  • your order did not arrive due to factors under their control (e.g., provide an incorrect shipping address)
  • your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
